Accordingly, the fireworks display will take place at three locations: on Nguyen Van Troi Bridge, in front of the Lien Chieu District Administrative Center, and in front of the Hoa Vang District Administrative Center. Each location will have a 15-minute display, starting at 0:00 on February 16th.
Reportedly, approximately 2,400 firecrackers and 300 low-altitude fireworks displays with various spectacular effects have been prepared for the New Year's Eve fireworks show in Da Nang this year. The funding for the fireworks display was raised through social contributions.
The Da Nang City People's Committee also directed relevant city agencies to ensure safety and order for the fireworks display; assigning military control forces to protect the inner perimeter, and forces to assist with installation, loading, and transportation of equipment and launch tubes. In particular, they ensured the availability of transportation vehicles and equipment for the organization and ensured safety before, during, and after the display.
