The 2016 International Women Leaders Forum was a great success.

This year, the organizers chose the theme “Devotion” as the main theme throughout the program. With this theme, the organizers brought to everyone vivid stories about female CEOs in the flat world.

With the theme "Commitment", the organizers brought open discussion sessions such as: "Women commit to leadership in business", "Young female leaders - success and challenges", "Female leaders - success and happiness",... With an increasingly expanding scale, this year's forum has received a large number of participants from Vietnamese female leaders and countries such as Australia, UK, USA, France, Russia, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Hong Kong Macau, China, Singapore, Venezuela, Philippines, etc. The 2016 International Women's Leadership Forum has attracted about 600 female leaders from various fields to attend.

The special highlight of this year's program is the participation of 4 international beauty queens: Miss Intercontinental 2012 Miss Daniela Chalbaud, 1st runner-up of Miss USA 2014 Miss Crystal Lee, 1st runner-up of Miss Universe 2012 Miss Janine Tugonon, Miss Vietnam Global 2014 Miss Victoria Thuy Vy. All of them not only possess gorgeous beauty but are also successful businesswomen.

At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee honored the Top 50 outstanding female leaders who have made positive contributions to the economy and the community. The program ended successfully, and more than anyone else, as the Head of the Organizing Committee, Mrs. Thu Huong was the happiest person.
