To ensure safety, security, and convenience for the public and tourists, the Organizing Committee of the Tourism Week has arranged free transportation for visitors and locals attending the Opening Ceremony. The pick-up point is in Hoa Lu Old Town, starting at 5 PM on June 1st and returning after the Opening Ceremony concludes. Therefore, visitors can park their vehicles in Hoa Lu Old Town and travel free of charge using the Organizing Committee's vehicles.
Approximately 10,000 delegates, local people, and tourists are expected to attend the opening ceremony of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024 at the Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area.
The opening ceremony was held at the Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area on June 1st; the ceremonial part took place on the Ngo Dong River from 2 PM to 5:30 PM; the official opening ceremony was held at the Dong Gung bus station at 8 PM with the participation of many famous singers such as Ha Anh Tuan and Hoa Minzy. Admission was free.

Specifically on the opening day of Ninh Binh Tourism Week (Saturday, June 1st), from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, all vehicles with 16 seats or more, and all types of trucks will be prohibited from entering or stopping on Road 478B, the section from the Ninh Thang Commune People's Committee to Dong Van Bridge, Ninh Hai Commune (except for vehicles with priority signs).
Ninh Binh Tourism Week is an important event that contributes to promoting the image of the natural beauty and people of the ancient capital, stimulating tourism during the off-season, and positioning the Ninh Binh tourism brand on the domestic and international map.
