To ensure safety, security and create favorable conditions for people and tourists, the Organizing Committee of the Tourism Week has arranged free transportation for tourists and people to attend the Opening Ceremony. The pick-up location is at Hoa Lu Ancient Town, starting from 5:00 p.m. on June 1 and returning at the end of the Opening Ceremony. Thus, visitors can park their vehicles at Hoa Lu Ancient Town and travel for free by the Organizing Committee's vehicles.
It is expected that about 10,000 delegates, people and tourists will attend the opening ceremony of Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2024 at Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area.
The opening ceremony was held at Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area on June 1; the ceremony was held on Ngo Dong river from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; the official opening was held at Dong Gung bus station at 8:00 p.m. with the participation of many famous singers such as Ha Anh Tuan, Hoa Minzy, the program was open for free.

On the opening day of Ninh Binh Tourism Week (Saturday, June 1), from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., all cars with 16 seats or more, trucks entering and stopping on Road 478B, the road section from Ninh Thang Commune People's Committee area to Dong Van Bridge, Ninh Hai Commune (except for vehicles with priority signs).
Ninh Binh Tourism Week is an important event that contributes to promoting the image of the nature and people of the Ancient Capital, stimulating tourism demand in the low season, and positioning the Ninh Binh tourism brand on the domestic and international map. Therefore, the organization of the event must both honor the cultural, historical and human values of the Ancient Capital and ensure absolute safety for delegates, people and visitors when attending.
