Accordingly, this partnership will kick off with the launch of a specially designed Ocean Discovery Program, offering opportunities to connect with nature and learn about the challenges of conservation both on land and underwater. Guests at the resort can participate in activities such as coral reef restoration, ecosystem monitoring, and other practical initiatives to minimize environmental impact. For young adventurers, the journey of exploring the ocean promises to be full of fun and inspiration. The "Champion Scuba Diving" activity at the resort's pool provides an opportunity for children to build confidence underwater and develop snorkeling skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. Families can also participate in the "Treasure Hunt" challenge, strolling through the resort's gardens and beautiful coastline, learning about the native flora and fauna, and hearing fascinating stories about the resort's natural inhabitants.

Alongside these activities, young visitors can also unleash their creativity in crafting sea-inspired souvenirs such as octopus hats or shark-shaped bookmarks, while expanding their knowledge of marine life at the "Ocean Crafts" workshop. At the Ocean Club, interactive games like treasure hunts on the beach not only spark curiosity but also foster a passion for studying coastal ecosystems.
In addition, the Ocean Discovery Centre, scheduled to launch in 2025, will become a center for marine education and conservation for both children and adults at the resort. Through a series of hands-on workshops and sharing of perspectives on the ecosystem, the Centre will create an inspiring space for visitors to explore the fascinating balance of marine ecosystems, as well as contribute initiatives to improve the local marine environment.
Sustainable practices
Guests can also become part of a “Sustainable Journey” to access outstanding ecological initiatives being implemented at the resort. Spanning 10.5 hectares, the Vegetable & Herb Farm at Four Seasons The Nam Hai, Hoi An, supplies fruits, vegetables, and herbs for the seasonal menus at the resort's restaurants, as well as locally-inspired wellness treatments at the Heart of the Earth Spa. The resort also operates a dedicated composting facility, primarily processing approximately 300 tonnes of farm waste per month. Of this, 40% of the organic waste is composted on-site, with the remainder transported to local farms.

In addition, the "coconut chopping" experience will allow visitors to learn about the versatility of coconuts, from enjoying coconut water to discovering the sustainable applications of this tropical fruit. The resort is also a pioneer in using coconut fiber – an innovative solution to prevent erosion and improve soil health.
