According to the Decision, Vietnam Railway Corporation is responsible for fully complying with the provisions of the Law on Tourism and relevant legal regulations in the process of managing and exploiting tourism business at the "Da Lat Railway Station" tourist destination.
The project has a symmetrical layout, with the central architectural block simulating the three peaks of Langbiang Mountain and the roofs of the Central Highlands communal houses; on both sides are two long architectural blocks. Overall, the architecture of the project is in harmony with nature and is a unique urban highlight.
Da Lat train station is designed like Langbiang mountain and the unique image of Da Lat's Central Highlands communal house roof with 3 pointed peaks 11m high, 66.5m long and 11.4m wide.
The oldest train station in Indochina in Da Lat
Da Lat Railway Station was built from 1932 to 1938, at an altitude of more than 1,500 meters above sea level. This is the only station in the Central Highlands and is considered the most beautiful ancient train station in Vietnam and Indochina, with architecture imbued with local identity. Da Lat Station was recognized as a national historical and cultural relic in 2001.
Currently, Da Lat station is no longer used for transportation but is used as an attractive tourist attraction in the city of thousands of flowers. The only railway line that Da Lat station still serves is the 7km route from Da Lat to Trai Mat, taking visitors to visit Linh Phuoc Pagoda. With a rather slow speed of only 15 km/h, the train helps visitors fully admire the beauty of Da Lat city.

With the night train called "Da Lat Night Journey" departing from 6:15 pm to 9:20 pm every day, visitors can admire the magical and unique beauty of Da Lat at night. The night train is beautifully decorated as if coming out of a fairy tale, making many visitors enjoy taking 'virtual life' here.
