_ According to the Korean government's designation, this year in Kyungsang bukdo province there are 4 main festivals as follows: international fireworks festival in Pohang city, ceramic festival in Munkyung city, Bonghwa fishing festival, and Koryung daegaya cultural experience festival.
In addition, from March to November in each locality there are 14 other diverse seasonal festivals.
- Kyungsang Bukdo is known as a place with many historical and cultural relics. Is it convenient for FIT tourists to travel? Is the province implementing a pass that can be used as an entrance ticket to the tourist area and a ticket for transportation?
_ FIT tourists using the city bus or KTX high-speed train from Daegu Airport or Busan Kimhae Airport will take about 1 hour to reach Kyungju City, a typical tourist area of Kyungsang Bukdo Province.

250,000 Vietnamese tourists - an increase of 55% compared to 2016. Therefore, we signed an agreement with key Vietnamese travel companies so that we can together plan to develop tourism products of Kyungsang Bukdo province with tours that Vietnamese tourists like the most, promote local tourism, and attract more tourists to Kyungsang Bukdo province.
- After signing the MOU between the state tourism enterprises of Kyungsang Bukdo province and Vietnamese tourism companies, what form of marketing will be implemented in Vietnam?
For example, schedules of tour programs or promotions?
_ Through this agreement, we plan to promote local tourism (Vietnam) with Kyungbuk tourism programs and family visit tours to Vietnamese travel companies.
Furthermore, in addition to Kyungju, we will develop tourism programs to Andong, Munkyung, and Youngduk so that Vietnamese tourists can experience Kyungbuk in a new way.
Currently in Kyungsang Bukdo province, if Vietnamese tourists come to visit Kyungbuk, we will support promotions on accommodation fees, experience fees, and travel fees in many diverse forms.
