Le Dinh Hoa, a young man born and raised in Ha Dong, has dedicated much of his time to capturing the simple yet meaningful moments of Hanoi. With a passion for photography, Hoa created a special photo series about the national flag in the days leading up to National Day. The series quickly garnered attention and admiration from a large online community.
