According to information from the Hanoi People's Committee, the two nights of fireworks displays will be linked to two special artistic and political programs. On the evening of April 22nd, the "North-South Promise" program will be held in the F1 racetrack area (Phu Do ward, Nam Tu Liem district). Within the framework of the program, a high-altitude fireworks display combined with low-altitude fireworks and pyrotechnics will take place from 9:45 PM to 10:00 PM.
On the evening of April 27th, Hanoi residents will once again enjoy a live televised program titled "The Triumphal Song Resounds Forever" at the multi-purpose stage in Thong Nhat Park (Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District). This will also be the time for a 15-minute high-altitude fireworks display, blended with artistic performances showcasing rich national identity.
The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize fireworks displays as part of the political and artistic program "North-South Promise" and the live television broadcast program "The Triumphal Song Resounds Forever".
Fireworks displays are not only a visual highlight but also carry immense spiritual significance, recreating the heroic spirit of victory of the nation in the spring of 1975, while honoring the great sacrifices and contributions of heroes, martyrs, and people nationwide in the cause of liberating the South and unifying the country.
The Hanoi People's Committee emphasized that organizing the fireworks display aims to create an atmosphere of excitement and encourage unity and cooperation in building a more prosperous and civilized capital city. The city also requested residents and tourists to arrive early, choose suitable viewing spots, and comply with security and public hygiene regulations in the event area.
