Hanoi presents souvenirs to tourists visiting President Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum.

The organizers announced that 30,000 gift packages for visitors to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum included two types of bags: one with two biscuits and a bottle of water; and the other with two biscuits and a carton of milk. The total number of products given away was 60,000 biscuits, 15,000 bottles of water, and 15,000 cartons of milk.

In addition, on the occasion of the 132nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2022) and National Day on September 2nd, the Hanoi Department of Tourism will continue to give 30,000 gifts to tourists visiting the President's mausoleum.

The gift-giving event for visitors to President Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum is part of a series of events promoting Hanoi tourism in 2022. This includes various other activities such as: the opening of the Son Tay - Xu Doai Tourism Year and the inauguration of the Son Tay Ancient Citadel pedestrian street; the Bat Trang tourism week; the ceremony to receive the Decision recognizing Bat Trang pottery as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage; the Tay Ho District street art and food performance space in 2022; the Hanoi Traditional Craft Village Food and Tourism Festival; and more.

Also as part of the series of events promoting Hanoi tourism during the April 30th - May 1st holiday, the Department of Tourism, in coordination with relevant units, organized the Hanoi Tourism Gift Festival 2022 in the pedestrian area around Hoan Kiem Lake, from the entrance gate of Dinh Tien Hoang - Trang Tien - Hang Khay streets to the flower garden of Ba Kieu Temple.

Over the three days of the event, the venue will be divided into various spaces, including: a display of tourist souvenirs with 100 gift stalls from artisans; experiencing the culture of Hanoi's traditional craft villages; cultural and artistic activities; displaying beautiful tourist photographs and artistic photos promoting Hanoi tourism; and showcasing products from localities, tourism businesses, creative young entrepreneurs, and establishments that meet standards for serving tourists.

These activities will continue throughout April 30th and May 1st, along with many other side events, such as the introduction of special summer travel programs and tours with attractive promotions from accommodation, travel agencies, and airlines.
