Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Vu The Binh - Vice President of Vietnam Tourism Association, President of Vietnam Travel Association said that the United States is a large and potential market for Vietnam tourism. Every year, the number of American tourists traveling abroad is up to tens of millions of people. Therefore, Vietnam Travel Association always tries to establish a relationship with the US Travel Association to exploit this large market. The relationship between Vietnam and the United States is increasingly good, the exchange between the two sides, especially in economics, is developing very quickly, including tourism.
Mr. Binh also affirmed that the establishment of a good relationship between the Vietnam Travel Association and the US Travel Association will create favorable conditions for tourism businesses of the two countries to cooperate with each other, thereby contributing to the rapid increase of US tourists to Vietnam and Vietnamese tourists to the US. The signing ceremony is the opening activity for a series of future events between Vietnam and US tourism. Hopefully, this signing will create favorable conditions for a bright future of the relationship between the two countries, not only in the field of tourism.

Also at the signing ceremony, Mr. Robert Duglin - Vice President of the US Travel Association assessed that the Vietnamese tourism market is a growing market. "We come here to learn about the country, nature, and people of Vietnam. We will visit Hue, Saigon, Ninh Binh and many other places to explore and admire the beauty of Vietnam and introduce these places to friends, colleagues, and American tourists, thereby promoting the number of American tourists to Vietnam," said Mr. Robert Duglin.
