Art & Cuisine – Interesting exhibition at InterContinental Nha Trang

The Culinary Arts Exhibition is being held for the third consecutive year at the InterContinental Nha Trang Hotel from March 11 onwards. This year, the hotel will feature paintings by renowned artist Bridget March and an artistic three-region afternoon tea menu meticulously prepared by Chef Khanh Nguyen.

The 2017 Culinary Arts Exhibition continues to inspire visitors about the beauty of Vietnam. The famous British artist, Bridget March, along with chef Khanh Nguyen and his team, through the blending and combining of different colors, flavors and emotions that they have had the opportunity to experience in many regions of Vietnam, to bring about a wonderful blending and interweaving of art and cuisine in this event.

The exhibition runs until April 14, 2017, introducing visitors to 19 unique works depicting the unique beauty of each region of Vietnam, selected by Bridget herself.

These works are displayed in the hotel's luxurious main lobby, which is also where the kitchen team introduces special dishes, elevating the diverse and rich ingredients of each locality to diners.

Chef Khanh Nguyen and his team at InterContinental Nha Trang were inspired by Bridget's works and together created an artistic three-region afternoon tea menu, served to guests at the Lobby Bar for VND350,000++ per person, serving nine light dishes including savory and sweet dishes, enjoyed with premium TWG tea with more than 24 flavors for guests to choose from - a wonderful combination of art and cuisine.
