The 2017 Culinary Art Exhibition continues to inspire visitors with the beauty of Vietnam. Renowned British artist Bridget March, along with chef Khanh Nguyen and his team, have blended and combined the different colors, flavors, and emotions they experienced in various regions of Vietnam to create a wonderful fusion of art and cuisine at this event.

The exhibition, running until April 14, 2017, showcases 19 exceptional works depicting the unique beauty of different regions of Vietnam, all personally selected by Bridget.
These culinary creations are displayed in the hotel's luxurious main lobby, which also serves as the culinary team's showcase for guests, elevating the diverse and abundant ingredients of each region.

Inspired by Bridget's works, Chef Khanh Nguyen and his team at InterContinental Nha Trang have created an artistic afternoon tea menu featuring three regional Vietnamese dishes, served at the Lobby Bar for VND350,000++ per person. The menu includes nine light courses of savory and sweet flavors, enjoyed with over 24 premium TWG teas to choose from – a wonderful blend of art and gastronomy.
