This program will be carried out in cooperation with Saigon South International School (SSIS).
Through this camp, the Real Madrid Association hopes to give children a unique experience and at the same time promote the importance of sports education.
Dr Lionel Wong – Director, FRM Indochina Management Board said: “Sports education is as important as formal education. Using the passion of football as a vehicle to teach children many important life skills as well as soft skills such as: teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, leadership, determination, respect, control and many other things that cannot be effectively taught in a classroom environment. When equipped with these skills, children can achieve and go further in life. This is the vision and mission of the Real Madrid Association - to inspire creativity and equip children with important knowledge in life through the passion of football.”
Real Madrid coaches will train in Ho Chi Minh City with their assistants. They are coaches who work with their youth team in Spain.

The training methods and training regime are completely based on the current youth training at Real Madrid. The coaches are UEFA certified and will deliver a training program that is not easy to find in Asia.
The camp’s training program is designed with the vision of Real Madrid CF – one of the world’s top soccer teams. The youth program uses the same training techniques taught at their famous “La Fábrica” at Ciudad Real Madrid. It is a $120 million program that has produced players like goalkeeper Ikar Casillas, considered the best goalkeeper in the world. Camp participants will have the unique opportunity to be coached and trained in the methods used by not only the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez, Sergio Ramos but also many other top soccer stars in the world.
The Real Madrid football camp training program will take place over a period of 5 days, from April 13 to 17, 2015 for children from 8 to 16 years old. Students participating in the camp will be trained from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm every day for 5 days at the SSIS football field.

Additionally, as part of the camp’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and commitment to our local community, Real Madrid Football Camp will work with Saigon South International School (SSIS) to sponsor and provide similar opportunities to a group of disadvantaged children of 20 to 30. The training will be held from 13:00 to 14:30 every day for a period of 5 days for this group of disadvantaged children. The training will also take place at the SSIS football field with a registration fee of 9,600,000 VND (including 1 shirt and 1 pair of shorts).
