Practice the characteristic Sun Salutation ritual with fellow yoga practitioners in a sequence of 51 consecutive poses.
The Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskara) is one of the important rituals performed upon waking to express devotion to the deities at the moment just before sunrise (Bramaha Burta).
The postures of Surya Namaskara are designed to help the body absorb energy from nature and create a balanced foundation for your mind and emotions before starting a new day.

The Holi Festival is being brought to Vietnam for the first time and is organized by Elite Fitness. The event is free to attend and will be held at 8:00 AM on Saturday, March 18th, 2017 at Thang Long Football Field - Thang Long Number One Building - 1 Thang Long Avenue, Hanoi, and on March 19th, 2017 at the outdoor area of Vincom Ha Long Shopping Mall, Quang Ninh.
