According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, airlines have recently made efforts to optimize their fleets and service personnel, and increase the number of night flights, thereby contributing to lowering airfare prices. However, night flights have not been truly attractive to passengers, and many have been canceled. The Department of Tourism believes that cooperation from all relevant parties is needed to make night flights more appealing to passengers.
Therefore, the city's tourism industry, in coordination with Vietnam Airlines Corporation, travel agencies, and accommodation establishments, has agreed to develop a set of night flight packages, encouraging tourists to use these products during the peak summer tourist season.
Tourists flying to Ho Chi Minh City on night flights will receive free or up to 80% off hotel rooms, causing excitement among many travel enthusiasts. Furthermore, those wishing to work or visit relatives in this vibrant city are also delighted by this news.

To date, 16 tourist accommodation establishments in Ho Chi Minh City have registered to participate in the plan, offering discounts ranging from 20% to 100% on the first night's room rate based on the listed price. From the second night onwards, the listed price will apply, or a 60% discount will be applied (the policy and conditions vary depending on each establishment).
