This year, the plum blossoms in Moc Chau bloomed brilliantly right during the Lunar New Year holiday. Therefore, before and after Tet, a large number of tourists from all over flocked here to admire the scenery of the plum blossoms in full bloom, displaying their pristine white color.
According to the Department of Culture and Information of Moc Chau town, from the third day of Tet (Lunar New Year) until now, Moc Chau has welcomed more than 200,000 tourists to visit and take photos during the plum blossom season. On weekdays, the number of visitors fluctuates around 10,000, but on weekends, this number doubles.
In spring, when the weather is still cool, plum blossoms bloom, creating a romantic and poetic scene.
However, Moc Chau town currently has about 300 accommodation establishments – insufficient to serve the number of tourists, which has doubled compared to the same period last year. Many tourists tend to book rooms late, or even only look for accommodation upon arrival in Moc Chau, leading to difficulties in finding lodging.
Besides day trips, some tourists choose other tours to Moc Chau to see the plum blossoms. The price for a 2-day, 1-night tour ranges from 1.1 million to 1.8 million VND, including transportation, meals, and accommodation. Depending on the tour price, tourists will stay in communal stilt houses (10-40 people) or hotels near the Moc Chau plum orchards for easy access and photography.
This is considered one of the most beautiful flower seasons of the year in the mountainous northern region, attracting tens of thousands of tourists from all over.

This notebook will be their "companion" throughout their exploration of Ha Giang. At each destination, tourists will search for "stamps" placed in different locations. After finding them, tourists will stamp their "Ha Giang Passport".
