Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Dang Huong Giang - Director of the Hanoi Department of Tourism - said:Hanoi tourism welcomes 2022.This event marks the beginning of a series of vibrant and attractive tourism promotion events, festivals, and programs to restart domestic and international tourism activities aimed at attracting visitors to Hanoi. Hanoi's tourism service providers and businesses are ready to welcome visitors from all over the country and international friends to Hanoi.”
Ms. Dang Huong Giang, Director of the Hanoi Department of Tourism, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the program.

Hot air balloons hung low during the opening night at Ly Thai To flower garden.
On the morning of March 25th,Hot air balloon festival "Hanoi in Many Colors"As part of the "Hanoi Tourism Welcomes 2022" program, the event also took place in the Long Bien Longan Garden area, along the Red River. The event attracted a large number of Hanoi residents and tourists to experience and take photos.
The "Get on Hanoi 2022" program will take place from March 25th to March 27th, 2022, with a highlight being a hot air balloon ride – experiencing Hanoi from above.
