The Singapore International Education Complex in Quang Ninh is located on an area of 7.1 hectares in the Ha Long Marina urban area with a total investment of approximately 270 billion VND.
Phase 1 of the Project, comprising KinderWorld International Kindergarten, the Early Childhood Education Research Center, and the Singapore International School, offering international education programs from Kindergarten to Grade 3, will be operational in August 2016. The research center will be used by Vietnamese and international education experts to conduct research, analysis, and data collection, laying the groundwork for implementing advanced programs and teaching methods.
During phases 2, 3, and 4 of the Project, numerous facilities serving the teaching and learning needs of the Singapore International School, as well as a dormitory for 2000 students, will be constructed to ensure expansion and provide a comprehensive curriculum up to Foundation Year and Higher Education. The dormitory will serve students from Quang Ninh province and neighboring provinces.
In addition, KinderWorld Education Group and BIM Group also signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Representing KinderWorld Group, Mr. Ricky Tan, Chairman of the Group, stated: “With 16 years of experience implementing numerous educational projects across many provinces and cities in Vietnam, we are confident and committed to carrying out the project on schedule. The presence of the Singapore International School will contribute to improving social infrastructure, attracting foreign investment to Quang Ninh province, and enhancing the quality of life for the people of Quang Ninh province in general and residents of Ha Long Marina urban area in particular.”
