With QNK Bac Giang Joint Stock Company as the investor, the Yen Dung golf course project is being built on a total area of 183.8 hectares with a total investment of VND 1,625 billion. It is divided into two phases: Phase 1: 87 hectares, including the Hillside course, 18 holes, expected to be completed in December 2016; Phase 2: 96.8 hectares, including the Rock Valley course, 18 holes, to be completed in 2020. Other facilities are being built synchronously according to the design, including green spaces, lawns, lakes, a clubhouse, a hotel, and resort villas.
With its prime location and convenient transportation, situated 3km from National Highway 1A, 52km from Hanoi city center, and 45km from Noi Bai International Airport, travel time and distance will be shortened and made more flexible when the new route is opened.
The Yen Dung golf course and services were designed directly by two talented and experienced golf course architects, Paul Albanese and Chris Lutzke, co-founders of Albanese & Lutzke, Inc. With 20 golf course projects of varying sizes worldwide, Albanese & Lutzke's golf course, ancillary facilities, and landscaping products are designed in a classic style with unique and sophisticated touches, fully utilizing the advantages of the terrain and landscape. With these distinctive design features, Albanese & Lutzke's golf courses have achieved numerous accolades from prestigious golf organizations and magazines around the world.
The Hillside and Rock Valley courses, clubhouse, restaurants, hotels, villas, resorts, sports facilities, spas, and adjacent technical care facilities will be built and operated to international quality standards.
