It is divided into two phases: Phase 1: 87 hectares including Hillside course, 18 holes, expected to be completed in December 2016; Phase 2: 96.8 hectares, including Rock Valley course, 18 holes, completed in 2020. Other items are built synchronously according to the design, including green tree system, lawn, lake, clubhouse, hotel and resort villas.
