In 2014, the Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival attracted 50,000 visitors, in 2015 - 41,835, in 2016 - 50,678, in 2017 - 70,000 visitors. The number of visitors has increased gradually over the past 4 years, showing that the Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival is becoming a typical cultural tourism product of Ho Chi Minh City, attracting the attention of many domestic and foreign tourists.

Ho Chi Minh City is a dynamic city, gathering a large number of designers, tailors, especially Ao Dai designers and tailors with famous brands for decades; famous fabric markets are also concentrated in Ho Chi Minh City, providing a rich source of raw materials to make beautiful and unique Ao Dai. In particular, the City with tens of millions of people with many offices, catwalks, stages and the frequent appearance of Ao Dai in daily life or important events has affirmed the solid position of traditional national costumes in the hearts of the city's people and is also the highlight of Ho Chi Minh City tourism.
