Ibaraki Prefecture possesses many unique features in terms of climate, topography, history, culture, food, and handicrafts, with abundant resources for creativity. These hidden resources will be unleashed through the artistic hands of its people. To create new value for this land, the largest international art festival in Japan will be held in the vast "KENPOKU" region.
