In addition to the main activity of "Quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine", which introduces and prepares special dishes, the quintessence of all regions of the North, Central, South, Northwest, Central Highlands, Khmer Southern, Cham, etc. Within the framework of the festival, there will also be performances of folk dishes honoring the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine. The Wax Museum will also display and introduce models of Vietnamese dishes from the Center for Research, Conservation and Development of Vietnamese Cuisine. This activity will recreate the life of rural markets, floating markets on the river and performances of Southern amateur music, Bac Ninh Quan Ho, Soc Trang Khmer five-tone music, Cham dance, etc.
In particular, Van Thanh tourist area is a culinary destination known to many domestic and foreign diners. This is the birthplace of many large-scale culinary and cultural events, combining the introduction of culinary quintessence and cultural and artistic forms imbued with the traditional identity of the Vietnamese people.
