Originating from the wedding party of Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen in Munich, the capital of Bavaria, Germany in October 1810, today Oktoberfest has become a traditional festival with beer tents, entertainment activities, vibrant art performances and unique food stalls taking place in major cities around the world.
Windsor Plaza Hotel continues to bring the vibrant atmosphere of the traditional Oktoberfest in the giant beer tent with the opening ceremony of the first beer keg. Guests dressed in traditional Bavarian costumes, immersing themselves in the spontaneous dance of vibrant Oktoberfest songs. Throughout the program, there is a grand buffet with many traditional German delicacies such as sausages, sauerkraut, grilled ham, bagels and many more. In addition, guests can freely enjoy unlimited imported German beer such as Krombacher draught beer, Schneider Weisse wheat beer. This year the festival welcomes Partenkirchner Musikanten, a German band that has been a part of traditional Oktoberfests and has toured extensively around the world. Partenkirchner Musikanten is sure to get the German beer festival spirit going.
This time, in addition to the unique Oktoberfest beer mug as a souvenir, each guest will also participate in a lucky draw with the biggest special prize ever being a Mercedes C200 worth 1.4 billion VND and nightly prizes being Vespa LX125 motorbikes along with many other attractive prizes.
