Hoi An International Food Festival 2017

Twelve world-famous chefs will bring their country’s specialties to Hoi An at An Hoi Sculpture Garden. Each booth will be lavishly decorated with typical dishes, national costumes, and folk songs based on the cultural images of each country.

Chefs will prepare traditional dishes from their countries using fresh Vietnamese ingredients and spices. Visitors and locals will have the opportunity to taste the flavors of the world in a festive atmosphere. This year's participating countries include 12 chefs from Germany, Greece, India, Malaysia, Mauritius, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Taiwan and the United States.
