Hoi An International Food Festival 2017

Twelve world-renowned chefs will bring their national specialties to Hoi An at the An Hoi Sculpture Garden. Each booth will be lavishly decorated with signature dishes, national costumes, and folk songs based on the cultural imagery of each country.

Chefs will prepare traditional dishes from their respective countries using fresh Vietnamese ingredients and spices. Visitors and locals will have the opportunity to sample world flavors in a festive atmosphere. This year's participating chefs include 12 representatives from Germany, Greece, India, Malaysia, Mauritius, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Taiwan, and the United States.
