The thirteenth edition of the Science Film Festival for Children and Young People continues to present scientific films with experiments and games this year. This year's theme is the „Anthropocene“: The content of this concept is a confirmation of a reality: for thousands of years, humans have impacted and changed nature. Today we feel the Anthropocene through climate change and the crisis of the world of plants and animals. The films not only address these issues, but also show us the beauty and vulnerability of our Earth's ecosystems.

19 films from 7 countries will encourage scientific awareness among young people of all ages and backgrounds. With hundreds of screenings, the 2016 Film Festival attracted 36,000 audiences - this resounding success once again affirms the significance of the Science Film Festival as a key cultural program of Vietnam to promote scientific education and encourage creative learning.
