The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival - DIFF 2019, themed "Rivers Telling Stories," officially opened and left many unforgettable moments in the hearts of the audience. Most impressive were the spectacular and unique artistic performances and the two breathtaking fireworks displays between the host team Da Nang - Vietnam and Fireworks Center Khan - Russia. Each fireworks display was a beautiful painting depicting the rivers of their homelands, connected to both destinations and countries, not with watercolors or brushes, but with the multicolored light of the fireworks.

Taking the theme "Legendary Shores" and skillfully blending Vietnamese light music with modern, vibrant international songs, the Da Nang - Vietnam team surprised the audience with a majestic and proud story of the young city of Da Nang, with its challenges and efforts to integrate and develop alongside the world. For many in the audience, this year's fireworks display by the Da Nang - Vietnam team was impressively groundbreaking.

Meanwhile, the Russian team brought to DIFF 2019 a beautiful depiction of the Volga River through their "Dance of Fire and Water." Sparkling sparks and shimmering spheres burst forth in the sky, reflecting on the surface of the Han River, immersing viewers in an enchanting, illusory space.

Prior to the fireworks display, two special documentaries about the rivers of Vietnam and Russia were also screened for tourists and international friends, showcasing the cultural essence and distinctive character of the people who have lived and been connected to these historical waterways, further enhancing the audience's emotional experience for each competition segment.
