This program is organized to promote and support the restoration of tourism business activities in the new normal, ensuring the achievement of the Government's dual goal of "combating the epidemic while developing socio-economic activities," and simultaneously implementing the domestic tourism stimulus program "Safe and Attractive Vietnamese Tourism" launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The program aims to affirm and promote the image of attractive destinations in Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, and Quang Nam, which are ready to restart and strongly revive after the impact of the epidemic and severe natural disasters.
Ms. Truong Thi Hong Hanh, Director of the Da Nang City Department of Tourism, introduced the tourism stimulus program "Three localities - One destination with many experiences".
With this new stimulus campaign, the close collaboration of the three provinces has resulted in many innovative programs and service packages with substantial changes, aiming to provide tourists with more exciting emotions and experiences when visiting the three localities. The communication methods for this program are also very professional, creative, and technologically advanced. Accordingly, three main product packages are being simultaneously launched for domestic tourism, including: an experience package for residents of the three localities, a package showcasing unique tourism products, and a package offering MICE and golf services.
The first package is considered a special gift to thank the people of the three localities for their companionship with the local authorities in overcoming all challenges and striving forward. In this package, residents can enjoy high-class resort experiences at 5-star hotels and resorts in the three localities at attractive prices ranging from only 690,000 VND to 1,100,000 VND for two people per night. In addition, there are a range of high-quality services at extremely优惠 prices, such as health care services to enhance quality of life at reputable healthcare facilities starting from 90,000 VND; experiencing the culinary delights of the localities at luxurious restaurants with discounted packages starting from 200,000 VND; and enjoying nighttime entertainment services such as river tours or cultural experiences with the "Memories of Hoi An" show for 300,000 VND. Experience sightseeing and entertainment services at Ba Na Hills at a special price of only 550,000 VND, including buffet...

Da Nang also showcased some of its unique local features at the event.
This package offers unique tourism experiences and services in Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, and Quang Nam for domestic tourists, valid from now until December 2020 and during the New Year holiday. With this package, tourists have the opportunity to experience services at various tourist areas/attractions, restaurants, hotels, transportation services, etc., at preferential prices. Notably, there is a 3-day, 2-night resort package at high-end beachfront resorts for VND 2,490,000 per person, including accommodation at 5-star hotels (Danang Golden Bay, Vinpearl Condotel Riverfront Danang, Vinpearl Resort & Spa Hoi An, Vinpearl Hue; Muong Thanh Luxury, Muong Thanh Grand, Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han…) and round-trip airfare.
Many attractive service packages are being offered.
The MICE and golf packages are designed for companies and organizations holding year-end summaries or conferences. This program, valid from November 2020 to February 2021, offers high-class MICE services and many accompanying services such as combos including round-trip airfare, one night's stay at a 4-5 star hotel, and conference facilities (including tea and lunch) for groups of 30-50 people...
To ensure the quality of the program, the Department of Tourism of each locality will coordinate with the Tourism Association to strengthen supervision and will collect feedback from tourists after they participate in experiencing the tourism service packages to improve the program and monitor the implementation of commitments by businesses participating in the program.
Representatives of the UNESCO Travel Club presented commemorative gifts to the Departments of Tourism of Da Nang, Thua Thien - Hue, and Quang Nam.
The "Three Localities - One Destination, Many Experiences" stimulus program will run from now until the end of December 2020. Many special events are expected to take place during the Christmas and New Year 2021 holidays, such as: the Magical Winter Festival at Ba Na Hills; the New Year's Eve Countdown 2021; a fireworks display to welcome the New Year on January 1st, 2021; and the National Lion and Dragon Dance Competition 2020 (December 28-31, 2020) in Hue…
The program received strong support from nearly 100 travel businesses from provinces and cities nationwide, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Gia Lai, Phu Yen, Quang Tri, and Binh Dinh, who came to survey products and services and to develop new linked tour routes to promote and exchange tourists between localities. This is a strong support from travel agencies nationwide, working together to attract and develop tourists to the three localities of Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, and Quang Nam.
Several other incentives were introduced at the "Three Localities - One Destination, Many Experiences" stimulus program.
- In Hue: Tourists will receive a 50% discount on entrance fees to historical sites within the Hue Imperial Citadel Complex until December 31, 2020, and a 15-50% discount on entrance fees from January 1, 2021, to June 30, 2021.
- In Da Nang: 100% free entrance tickets from January to June 2021 and 50% discount until December 31, 2021 at the Marble Mountains and Da Nang museums; Cham Museum; and Fine Arts Museum.
- In Hoi An: 50% discount on entrance fees to the ancient town and craft villages until June 30, 2021.
- Promotional programs from over 200 tourism businesses, including travel agencies, hotels, restaurants, shopping, spas, massage parlors, transportation companies, and cruise ships, offer deep discounts of 20-40% or complimentary local services.
