This is a program organized to promote and support the recovery of tourism business activities in the new normal state, ensuring the implementation of the Government's dual goal of "both repelling the epidemic and developing the socio-economy" and at the same time implementing the domestic tourism stimulus program "Safe and attractive Vietnam tourism" launched by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The program aims to affirm and promote the image of attractive destinations Thua Thien - Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam that are ready to restart and strongly revive after the impact of the epidemic as well as severe natural disasters.

With this new stimulus, the close connection of the three provinces has launched many new programs and service packages with substantial changes with the goal that tourists will have many emotions and interesting experiences when visiting the three localities; the communication method for this program is also carried out very professionally, creatively, and applying technology. Accordingly, there are 3 main product packages simultaneously deployed for domestic tourism, including: Experience package for people of 3 localities, experience package of unique tourism products and experience package of MICE and golf services.
The first package is considered a special gift to thank the people of the 3 localities who have accompanied the local authorities in the past to overcome all challenges and rise up, in which people can enjoy high-class resort experiences at 5-star hotels and resorts in the 3 localities with attractive prices from only 690,000 VND - 1.1 million VND for 2 people/1 night room. Besides, there are also a series of high-quality service experiences at extremely preferential prices such as health care services to enhance the value of life at reputable health care facilities with prices from 90,000 VND; experience the culinary quintessence of localities at luxury restaurants with preferential service package prices from 200,000 VND; experience night entertainment services enjoying river tours, or focusing on culture with the Hoi An Memories show with prices from 300,000 VND; Experience sightseeing and entertainment services at a preferential price at Ba Na Hills for only 550,000 VND including buffet...

The package to experience unique tourism products and services of Thua Thien Hue - Da Nang - Quang Nam for domestic tourists is applied from now until December 2020 and the New Year. For this package, visitors have the opportunity to experience services at many tourist areas/destinations, hotels, restaurants, transportation services... at preferential prices. Notably, there is a 3-day, 2-night vacation combo at high-class beach resorts for 2,490,000 VND/person including accommodation at 5-star hotels (Danang Golden Bay, Vinpearl Condotel Riverfront Danang, Vinpearl resort & spa Hoi An, Vinpearl Hue; Muong Thanh Luxury, Muong Thanh Grand, Muong Thanh Luxury Song Han...) and round-trip airfare.
Many preferential service packages are introduced
MICE and golf service packages are built for companies and agencies organizing conferences or meetings. This program package applies from November 2020 to February 2021 with high-class MICE service packages and many accompanying services such as combos including round-trip airfare, 1 night stay at a 4-5 star hotel, conferences (with tea party and lunch) for groups of 30-50 people...
To ensure the quality of the program, the Department of Tourism of each locality will coordinate with the Tourism Association to strengthen supervision and will collect opinions from tourists after participating in the experience of tourism service packages to complete the program and monitor the implementation of commitments of businesses participating in the program.

The stimulus program "Three localities - One destination with many experiences" will be applied from now until the end of December 2020. It is expected that many special events will take place on the occasion of Christmas and New Year 2021 such as: Magical Winter Festival at Ba Na Hills; Countdown New Year 2021; New Year fireworks display on January 1, 2021, National Lion Dance Competition 2020 (December 28-31, 2020) in Hue...
The program has received strong support from nearly 100 travel agencies from provinces and cities across the country such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Gia Lai, Phu Yen, Quang Tri, Binh Dinh... to survey products, services and orient the construction of new joint tours to promote and exchange customer sources between localities. This is the strong support of travel agencies nationwide joining together to attract and exploit customers to the three localities of Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang and Quang Nam.

- In Hue: Visitors will receive a 50% discount on tickets at relic sites in the Hue Monuments Complex until December 31, 2020 and a 15-50% discount on entrance tickets from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021.
- In Da Nang: 100% free admission tickets from January to June 2021 and 50% discount on admission tickets until December 31, 2021 at Ngu Hanh Son Scenic Area and Da Nang museums; Cham Museum; Fine Arts Museum
- In Hoi An: 50% discount on entrance tickets to the ancient town and craft villages in Hoi An until June 30, 2021.
- Promotional programs from more than 200 tourism businesses from travel agencies, hotels, restaurants, shopping, spas, massage, transportation units, cruise ships with deep discounts from 20-40% or many free local services.
