In observance of "French Month," a series of major events will be held to celebrate French food, cuisine, and craftsmanship.

During the French Weeks - les Semaines françaises, from November 1st to December 17th across Vietnam, nine partner supermarket channels will allow Vietnamese consumers to discover the richness of French cuisine in Vietnam by consistently introducing products at affordable prices for new food lovers and making excellent French food easily accessible.

The 8th annual Balade en France event, held from November 10th to 12th in Ho Chi Minh City, will welcome the public to intimate evenings, culinary and cultural dinners featuring authentic French cuisine. This year, France is being honored at the Foodexpo international agricultural and food exhibition, held from November 15th to 18th in Ho Chi Minh City. This event is not only an opportunity to showcase more French products, but also to organize meetings to share production skills between Vietnamese and French producers regarding food safety. Dairy products, fruits and vegetables, and meat products will be particularly highlighted at this exhibition.

Traditionally, the third Thursday of November is the occasion to celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau – this year's new wine launch event will feature two evenings: one on November 16th in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring a selection of meats, vegetables, and cheeses, and another on November 18th in Hanoi. These fresh wine events will help the Vietnamese public better understand the French winemaking industry, with its unique traditions and skills.

Other events currently on the agenda include: seminars, cultural evenings, grand openings, performances or tastings (including a tasting of high-quality Crus Bourgeois du Médoc wines for experts), special French menus; video screenings; photo exhibitions…
