Holi is celebrated on the full moon day of the month of Phalgun in the Hindu calendar and is one of the most important festivals in India and many other countries with Hindu communities. It is a joyous occasion when people gather together to eat, drink and celebrate in a colorful atmosphere. It also marks the victory of good over evil, the end of winter and the beginning of spring.
