The sound of the Hmong flute is like a confession, the flute is like a close friend of the Hmong men going to the forest, to the market, especially when meeting their lover. Every time the flute sounds, it is the time for the man to send his love or thanks to the deceased. Listening to the sound of the Hmong flute from the top of a high mountain, one feels the nostalgia, love and the soul of the Hmong people on the high mountain.
It's wonderful, the 2018 Mong Panpipe Festival with main activities including: ethnic sports competitions, panpipe dance competitions of 17 ethnic groups, 19 communes and districts will be held on April 28 and 29, 2018 before the Marathon race on Ma Pi Leng Pass - King of the Pass - Happiness Road on April 30, 2018.

When participating in the marathon in Dong Van, Ha Giang, the athletes will enjoy the cultural features deeply expressed in the fair area on the old town yard, watch special performances and meet and exchange with ethnic people in this series of events.
