With the same menu presented on the same day in multiple cities around the world, the French Food Festival is an international event attracting around 150 countries, with an expected participation of over 2,000 chefs worldwide showcasing their menus.

In Vietnam, 24 restaurants from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hue have registered to participate in the event. These include renowned French restaurants such as Le Bordeaux, L'Annamite, Le Cobalt, Le Corto, La Villa, Pixel, L'Olivier, and the Vatel training school. Participating establishments will prepare French-style meals with a menu following this order: aperitif and bread, appetizer, main course, cheese, dessert, French wine and champagne.
In Ho Chi Minh City, the French Consulate General will collaborate with several universities that have joint culinary training programs with France, such as Vatel University (France) and Hoa Sen University; Cergy Pontoise University (France) and the University of Technology, to provide opportunities for students to learn about the programs and hear from alumni about the culinary and restaurant industry.
Initiated and first organized in 2015 by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, the French Food Festival has now become a familiar annual event for food lovers every spring. This year's theme revolves around vocational training in the restaurant, hotel, and tourism industries through connecting schools and students worldwide.
