Chef Nguyen Cong Chung, Executive Chef and Director of Culinary at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, who has led the development of Hemispheres restaurant throughout its operation, expressed, “The story of traveling around the globe, searching for unique flavors in every corner of the map, is ingrained in the name Hemispheres. With the new image and new menu we are bringing back this time, we hope that guests visiting the restaurant can feel that in the clearest way possible, as well as experience unprecedented surprises.”
After more than a decade in operation, Hemispheres has become a familiar destination for food lovers. Following a three-month temporary closure for renovations and upgrades, Hemispheres will officially reopen, welcoming its first customers back on a journey of culinary and cultural exploration, witnessing changes in interior design, new dishes added to the menu, and new colors and shapes representing the restaurant's brand identity.

Also in 2024, Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill received more good news when it became a Michelin Guide-selected restaurant for the second consecutive year. To celebrate this achievement, Hemispheres launched its "Michelin Selected" menu featuring exquisite dishes made with the finest ingredients. Diners will experience an impressive culinary journey through five different locations.
