From around 3:00 p.m. on April 25, the main roads leading to the "heart" of Ho Chi Minh City, especially the historic Le Duan Street (District 1), were filled with people. From all corners of the city and neighboring areas, they flocked here with excitement and anticipation. To ensure absolute security, order and traffic safety for this important event, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has issued a notice prohibiting all types of vehicles and people without duties from circulating and parking on many major routes in the central area from 5:30 p.m. on April 25 to 1 a.m. on April 26. Important routes such as Le Duan, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Pasteur, Hai Ba Trung, Dong Khoi, Pham Ngoc Thach, Mac Dinh Chi, Ton Duc Thang... have all been strictly divided and restricted by the authorities. Traffic regulation has been proactively and flexibly implemented, ensuring that the event area is always clear and safe for people and preparation activities.

At the same time, people are also encouraged to choose neat and polite clothes, bring essential personal items such as drinking water, small hand fans, and light jackets to ensure health and show solemnity for this historic event.
