Pullman Hanoi welcomes new Director of Hotel Food and Beverage Department

From July 2017, Mr. Karel Volders will become Director of Food and Beverage at Pullman Hanoi Hotel. He is responsible for developing culinary programs and managing service quality at La Cheminée restaurant and Mint Bar.

Nearly 12 years working in international hotel chains such as InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and AccorHotels. More than 4 years working in many restaurants in Europe. With 16 years of experience in the culinary industry, Mr. Karel Volders has extensive knowledge of wine, Western dishes, and especially international standards of service.

"I am always eager to train my staff. I also want to learn new things and grow with my team. As a multilingual person, interested in cultures and people, I easily adapt to new lands. Becoming the Director of Food and Beverage, together with the Pullman Hanoi team, we hope to bring customers a 5-star service experience," he said.

 

Always keen to keep up with culinary trends and not shy away from new challenges, Mr. Volders hopes to bring a breath of fresh air to the hotel and inspire the restaurant and bar team to deliver the best service to customers.
