Pullman Hanoi welcomes its new Head of Food and Beverage.

From July 2017, Mr. Karel Volders will become the Director of Food and Beverage at Pullman Hanoi Hotel. He will be responsible for developing culinary programs and managing service quality at La Cheminée restaurant and Mint Bar.

With nearly 12 years of experience working in international hotel chains such as InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and AccorHotels, and over 4 years working in various restaurants across Europe, Karel Volders possesses extensive knowledge of wine, Western cuisine, and, most importantly, international standards of service, thanks to his 16 years of experience in the culinary industry.

"I'm always eager to train my staff. I also want to learn new things and grow with my team. As someone who speaks many languages ​​and cares about different cultures and people, I easily adapt to new places. As the Director of Food and Beverage, together with the Pullman Hanoi team, we hope to provide our guests with a 5-star service experience," he said.

 

Always eager to keep up with culinary trends and unafraid of new challenges, Mr. Volders hopes to bring a fresh perspective to the hotel and inspire the restaurant and bar team to provide the best possible service to guests.
