With the theme "Bai Tu Long welcomes summer - Cam Pha brings together miner culture, spreading human kindness in the coal region," Cam Pha City presents a series of unique programs.
The program includes a street parade from the Cam Pha Workers' Theater to 12/11 Square, with the participation of 24 parade groups and approximately 500 performers from the Quang Ninh Art Troupe, along with amateur performers from folk dance clubs. The artists and amateur performers will present vibrant dance performances, creating a joyful atmosphere on the streets on the opening day.
The program aims to commemorate the 132nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 – May 19, 2022) and to welcome the delegations of athletes and coaches from Southeast Asian countries participating in the women's football event at the 31st SEA Games in Cam Pha City.

Operating every Saturday evening, the pedestrian street will be a commercial, entertainment, and recreational destination for locals and tourists; it will also showcase the potential strengths and the people of Cam Pha, and is part of the 2022 tourism recovery plan after the pandemic.
According to Mr. Dinh Ngoc Chien, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Pha City, the miners' night street will create a highlight for the development of night tourism in Cam Pha City. It will serve as a playground and a place to introduce culinary products to the people and tourists, and also as a place to educate young people about the heroic history of the Cam Pha people's struggle against French colonialism and American imperialism.
