With the theme "Bai Tu Long welcomes summer - Cam Pha converges miner culture, spreading the love of people in the coal region", Cam Pha City brings special programs.
The program includes a street parade from Cam Pha Workers Theater to 12/11 Square with the participation of 24 parade groups and about 500 actors of Quang Ninh Art Troupe and extras from folk dance clubs. The artists and extras will bring vibrant dance performances, creating a joyful atmosphere on the streets on the opening day.
The program aims to celebrate the 132nd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2022) and welcome athletes and coaches from countries in Southeast Asia to participate in women's football at the 31st SEA Games in Cam Pha City.

Operating every Saturday evening, the walking street will be a commercial, entertainment and recreation destination for residents and tourists; at the same time, it will introduce the potential strengths, land and people of Cam Pha, and is an activity in the tourism recovery plan in 2022 after the pandemic.
According to Mr. Dinh Ngoc Chien, Standing Vice Chairman of Cam Pha City People's Committee, the miners' night street will create a highlight for the development of night tourism in Cam Pha City. This is not only a playground, a place to introduce culinary products to people and tourists, but also a place to educate young people about the heroic history of the Cam Pha people's struggle through the resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism.
