The final round of The Guiding Star 2019 competition took place on June 30, 2019, at Melisa Center (85 Thoai Ngoc Hau Street, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City). At the final night, the Top 11 contestants from 10 universities participated in three rounds: English introductions, an Olympia-style knowledge quiz on tourism, and artistic talent. After the three rounds, the judges selected the Top 5 based on their overall scores to advance to the situational problem-solving round with the judges.
Champion of the competition: Quach Quan Bieu
Calm, confident, and well-prepared, contestant number 2040, Quách Quán Biêu, a student from the 15th cohort of the Tourism Faculty at Hoa Sen University, successfully surpassed 100 other contestants from the preliminary rounds to the final round to win The Guiding Star 2019 competition.

Specific titles:
- Winner - Golden Star Award: Quách Quán Biêu, student from Hoa Sen University
- Two second-place winners - Silver Star Award: Bui Van Tien Thuan, a student from the University of Education, and Phan Cao Nguyen, a student from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
- Talent Star: Pham Ngoc Thai Binh, student of HUTECH University
- Shining Star: Nguyen Bao Lam, student at Van Lang University
- Honorable Mention: Tran Thi Le Uyen, student of HUTECH University
