Daily yoga practice is recognized for its ability to boost the immune system and resistance. Millions of people worldwide practice yoga because of the health benefits it offers.
On December 11, 2014, the United Nations General Assembly adopted resolution A/Res/69/131, which was published on June 21.International Yoga DayThis resolution received the approval of 177 countries, including Vietnam, and is the United Nations General Assembly resolution with the most affirmative votes.
