Through this art- and culinary sponsorship program, and by admiring Rehahn's artistic photographs, visitors will be able to explore the beauty of life in the diverse ethnic groups of Vietnam. Simultaneously, everyone will have the opportunity to experience the unique flavors of ingredients from the regions represented by the artworks. The event will connect viewers' hearts and emotions as they experience the colors, flavors, people, and nature expressed in each artwork and dish.
In the main lobby of the InterContinental Hotel, 24 artworks by Rehahn are displayed in large frames and thematically against contrasting backdrops, creating a lasting impression at first glance. The photographs mainly revolve around portraits of children, the elderly, and ethnic minorities across the country. This is also the result of Rehahn's meticulous collection, accumulated over eight years of traveling and exploring the hidden beauty of the country he calls his second home.
Specifically at the Cookbook Cafe restaurant at InterContinental Nha Trang, a 13-course à la carte menu will be presented, featuring unique dishes crafted from ingredients characteristic of the regions represented by the exhibited artworks, meticulously prepared according to Chef Dennis Barton's recipes. The highlight of the Culin'Art menu is the skillful and sophisticated combination of international culinary excellence and local ingredients from each artwork's representative region. The unique menu will include dishes such as Atlantic Smoked Salmon with Sour Cream Sauce, Gia Lai White Peppered Horseradish, Lang Son Roast Duck with Orange Sauce and Fresh Star Anise, and more. In addition, diners will have the opportunity to enjoy six Son Tinh wine flavors, carefully selected by winemaker Markus Madeja to complement each dish on the Culin'Art menu.
