In the main lobby of the InterContinental Hotel, 24 artworks by Rehahn are created in large scale and displayed thematically on contrasting backgrounds, creating an unforgettable impression at first sight. The photos mainly revolve around portraits of children, the elderly, and ethnic minorities across the country. This is also the painstaking collection that Rehahn has been attached to for 8 years of traveling to explore the hidden beauty of the country that he calls his second homeland.
The Cookbook Cafe restaurant at InterContinental Nha Trang will introduce an A La Cart menu consisting of 13 unique dishes made from typical ingredients from the regions of the exhibition works and carefully prepared according to the recipes of Chef Dennis Barton. The highlight of the Culin'Art menu is the skillful and sophisticated combination of international culinary quintessence and local ingredients that each work represents. The unique menu will include dishes such as Atlantic Smoked Salmon with Sour Cream Sauce, Gia Lai White Pepper Horseradish, Roasted Duck with Orange Sauce and Fresh Star Anise from Lang Son, etc. In addition, diners will have the opportunity to enjoy 6 flavors of Son Tinh wine, carefully selected by winemaker Markus Madeja to match each flavor of the Culin'Art menu dishes.
