To achieve this, leveraging the attractiveness and trends of tourists, the tourism industry needs to pay more attention to service quality, from the quality of tours and accommodation to the professionalism of those working in the tourism sector.
In particular, we need to better utilize the potential bestowed by nature and the unique ethnic cultural features that no other region possesses. How can we make Buon Ma Thuot not only a destination that sparks curiosity in tourists but also one that captivates them and makes them feel a longing to return?
