Meatless burgers, quinoa salad, and chickpea patties will be among the dishes served at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
According to CNN, the French food service company Sodexo Live! will oversee the catering for athletes at 14 venues for this year's biggest sporting event. 500 recipes have been prepared at a restaurant with a capacity of up to 3,500 athletes. In addition, athletes can also directly visit designated food counters to select their meals and take them away. A selection of light snacks with unique flavors will be available for visitors at various locations. The menu will revolve around French, Asian, African, Caribbean, and other international cuisines.
