As the name suggests, the most outstanding dishes at Cua Com restaurant are all made from premium soft-shell crabs, such as spicy garlic crab, steamed crab with coconut milk, crab with salted egg yolk sauce, and crab hotpot with sour bamboo shoots… In addition, fresh and delicious natural seafood such as brown fish, stingray, catfish, freshwater shrimp, clams… are also very popular with discerning diners.
