Starting to accept applications from December 2022, after 7 months with many memorable events and milestones, the 2023 Asia Architecture Design Awards (AADA) has entered the final stage with the announcement of the list of winners.
They are architects, designers and firms that represent the pioneering, innovative and groundbreaking, showcasing the diversity and excellence of Asian architecture. From skyscrapers to sustainable urban areas, the projects honored have a harmonious blend of aesthetics, functionality and environmental factors.
“The winning projects stand out for their innovative design solutions, the use of unique materials, their connection to the environment and landscape, and their sustainable vision. These designs reflect the region’s vibrancy and dynamic, innovative spirit, pushing boundaries and redefining the potential of architecture,” said Alberto Beretta, CEO of IFO SRL, Head of the Jury of the 2023 Asia Architecture Awards.

According to Mr. Alberto, due to the large number of registered projects with equal quality, choosing the winner was not an easy task. The judges are experts in the fields of architecture, design, real estate... from many countries who worked very seriously and fairly for more than a month to judge the awards.
The most fierce competition must be mentioned in the categories of Residential Architecture Design, Resort and Hotel Design and Commercial Interior Design. In which, the outstanding in both quantity and quality are India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore... In Vietnam, the jury highly appreciated a number of resort, restaurant, office projects... that skillfully combined modern architecture with local elements. Especially the projects that connected nature and human living space. Some outstanding projects include TRE dining (B Bright Group), "Alley" house (DOG HOUSE), CBRE Hanoi office (Vacons), Xuan Thao Residence (Xuan Thao)...

“We are delighted that AADA has received such a strong response from architects and firms across Asia, with 1,100 accounts registered on the AADA official website and more than 436 successful submissions,” said Dylan Yip, Deputy General Manager, Strategy, Asia Awards (the organizer of AADA). “The awardees, representing architectural excellence in Asia, will be honored at the Awards Ceremony in August in Singapore, the embodiment of modern Asia.”

The award ceremony promises to bring many surprises with a new concept. Not only a place to honor the winners, the award ceremony is also a place to share, exchange and expand cooperation with the participation of architects, designers, experts and influencers, media and representatives of many companies in the industry. With the theme "Impactful Asia", the award ceremony will take place on August 14 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
