From early morning, contestants from Hanoi and several northern provinces arrived at the Pumall Hotel to participate in the casting session. The contestants chose outfits that suited them. Many chose the traditional ao dai dress to showcase the beauty of Vietnamese women, while others opted for striking evening gowns to impress the judges.
The contestant stood out in her traditional Vietnamese dress.
In the morning, contestants participated in rounds such as body measurements, indoor and outdoor photoshoots. In the afternoon, Mrs. Vietnam Thu Huong and designer Duc Hung, acting as judges, scored the contestants through catwalk performances and interviews. It was easy to see that the contestants who registered for the casting in Hanoi and the northern provinces all had outstanding height. Many contestants were between 1.72m and 1.76m tall, and the majority were university students.
During the performance and interview rounds, many contestants impressed the judges with their innocent beauty, knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Many contestants stated that their reason for participating in the Miss Vietnamese Identity Global pageant was its inclusive nature. They – the contestants from Vietnam – would have the opportunity to compete and showcase their beauty alongside Vietnamese women from around the world, which added a unique and diverse element to the competition.
Mrs. Vietnam Thu Huong and designer Duc Hung, acting as judges, also gave frank comments and suggestions about the strengths and weaknesses of each contestant. This somewhat motivated the contestants if they made it to the next rounds.

The contestants shone brightly during the casting round in Hanoi.
