Honoring the quintessence of ceramic craft through the exhibition 'Contemporary Vietnamese Ceramics'

From January 24 to March 30, 2015, the exhibition 'Contemporary Vietnamese Ceramics' is on display on the 1st floor, Heritage Space, Dolphin Plaza, 28 Tran Binh, Cau Giay, Hanoi, aiming to bring to the public a multi-dimensional and unique perspective on Vietnamese ceramic products from contemporary artisans.

The exhibition is an event honoring the quintessence of ceramic craft in the Northern Delta, with the participation of outstanding artists and artisans such as: artist Tran Quang Hai (Soc Son), young artist Nguyen Hong Quang (Huong Canh), painter Lan Huong with paintings on heavy-fired ceramic tiles, Vu Thang (Bat Trang), Vuong Quan (Tay Ho), Nguyen Van Thang, Artu's Boutique with the participation of: Dong Gia Ceramics, Gom Chi, Gom Mai (Bui Hoai Mai),...

The exhibition is organized with the aim of introducing to the public and consumers who love traditional Vietnamese ceramics the quintessential products of Vietnamese ceramics through the talented and creative hands of the most representative artists and artisans of ceramic art, while creating a colorful and multi-voiced playground for artists and artisans who are passionate about ceramics, a precious asset of their ancestors.

The Organizing Committee hopes that this will be an annual activity to support, promote and develop Vietnamese Ceramics in the domestic and international communities.

The exhibition will open at 3:00 p.m. on January 24, 2015.
