Hatha yoga therapy is considered the foundation of all types of yoga, so this combined course will bring additional programs to experience Kundalini Yoga, focusing on releasing the body's energy. Kudalini is a type of yoga that mainly focuses on awakening energy in the spine, transforming energy through the seven chakras of the body to enhance the ability to improve strength and control the mind.

The courses are designed from a series of short and long Asanas physical exercises and yoga postures, combined with meditation exercises, mantras, pranayama to control breathing. Kudalini is a yoga technique that uses mirrors to reflect, creating self-awareness as well as positive life changes afterwards.
