To kick off a peaceful summer, starting this June, Anantara Hoi An Hotel will welcome experts offering wellness programs combining Hatha Yoga, Reiki, and Kundalini Yoga. This combination will provide each guest with health-enhancing experiences and a positive zest for life.

Hatha yoga is considered the foundation of all yoga forms, so this combined program will offer additional Kundalini Yoga experiences, focusing intensively on releasing bodily energy. Kudalini yoga primarily focuses on awakening energy in the spine, transforming energy through the seven chakras to enhance strength and mental control.

The courses are designed with a series of short and long physical exercises (Asanas) and integrated yoga postures, linked with meditation, mantras, and pranayama to control breathing.
