The four Pacific Alliance countries—Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile—all share coastlines bordering the Pacific Ocean. Their cuisines are influenced by many unique culinary styles from South America, as well as influences from Italy and Spain. Furthermore, these countries are situated in regions with rich soil, resulting in an abundance of diverse ingredients, contributing to the distinctive flavors of their cuisines that cannot be found anywhere else.

At this year's Pacific Alliance Food Week at Oven D'or restaurant, diners will have the opportunity to enjoy the distinctive and diverse flavors of the cuisines of four South American countries, prepared by the talented guest chef Maria Rosa Vasquez. Famous traditional ingredients from each country, such as Tequila from Mexico, Chilean wine, potatoes, and coffee from Peru and Colombia, will also be brought and introduced to Vietnamese diners during this week-long event.
