Vietjet launches Bangkok – Da Lat route.

Recently, at Lien Khuong International Airport (Lam Dong province), Thai Vietjet (a subsidiary of Vietjet) inaugurated the Da Lat (Vietnam) - Bangkok (Thailand) route, receiving a warm welcome from the people and leaders of various ministries and departments of both Vietnam and Thailand. This route will connect the city of a thousand flowers on the picturesque Lang Biang plateau in Vietnam with one of the region's leading tourism and commercial centers, the capital of the Kingdom of Thailand.

The Da Lat – Bangkok route operates round-trip flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, with a flight time of approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes per leg. The flight departs from Da Lat at 12:55 PM and arrives in Bangkok (local time) at 2:40 PM. The return flight departs from Bangkok at 10:30 AM (local time) and arrives in Da Lat at 12:15 PM. With convenient flight times, superior service, and attractive fares, this route will meet the travel and tourism needs of people in both cities, contributing to promoting trade and integration in the region.

Thai Vietjet is the first airline to operate the Bangkok - Da Lat route, and prior to that, on December 15th, the airline also officially launched two new routes from Ho Chi Minh City to Chiang Mai and Phuket, bringing the total number of routes Vietjet operates to Thailand, the "Land of Smiles," to six.

Leaders of Thai Vietjet and leaders of Lam Dong province welcomed the first passengers on the flight.

Thai Vietjet also launched a new aircraft bearing the 2018 Thailand tourism logo. This is the airline's second aircraft to feature the tourism symbol of the Land of Smiles and is one of the main activities under the cooperation program between Vietjet and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Thailand to promote tourism. In addition, Thai Vietjet officially received its new Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in accordance with the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) from the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).
