Accordingly, Vasco will receive an additional frequency of 3 flights/week from Vietnam Airlines after the 4 frequencies previously handed over and will operate a total of 7 flights/week on this route using ATR72 aircraft (68 seats).

The flight from Hanoi is expected to depart at 7:45 a.m., the return flight departs from Dong Hoi airport at 9:45 a.m., with a total flight time of approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.
The transfer of the Hanoi - Dong Hoi route is one of the activities to allocate resources reasonably, improve operational efficiency for three airlines under Vietnam Airlines Corporation, namely Vietnam Airlines, Vasco, Jetstar Pacific, as well as in line with the development orientation of production and business scale and operational capacity of Vasco.
Recently, Vietnam Airlines has also transferred the routes between Ho Chi Minh City - Rach Gia - Phu Quoc and Ho Chi Minh City - Phu Quoc - Can Tho, Hanoi - Dien Bien to Vasco for operation and the routes between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City - Tuy Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City - Chu Lai to Jetstar Pacific for operation, thereby better meeting the travel needs of customers.
