From a home tailor shop to "The Blue Continent"
Starting in 2009, Ms. Vo Thi Li Lam, also known as designer Li Lam, began her career with a small tailoring shop at home. From a simple passion, she gradually built Lam Boutique into a multi-segment system, ranging from high-end fashion to ready-to-wear lines for young people.
In 2008, Lam Boutique opened on Dong Khoi Street, transforming the area into a favorite destination for Saigon ladies seeking a blend of contemporary and traditional beauty. Subsequently, her own collections were launched, featured in numerous professional fashion shows, establishing Li Lam as a "beautiful woman" in the Vietnamese design scene.
For 15 years, she has made her mark with bold, instinctive designs that still maintain an elegant touch. “There’s always a woman named Lam residing within me. The name Li Lam was given to me by someone who has passed away. I’m still secretly grateful for that,” she shared. For her, fashion has become a “pleasure of dressing” for generations of women, not just a profession.
Li Lam's signature style is classic, free-spirited, and sensual, featuring neutral, muted colors on soft silk and chiffon fabrics. Creative prints and skillful cuts accentuate the wearer's personality.
Her passion doesn't stop at design ideas. Li Lam can travel thousands of miles just to personally touch and select a piece of brocade, velvet, or silk. It's a journey of searching for original materials to create fashion collections that are part of a lifestyle – where femininity is encouraged to live healthily, positively, and constantly explore new things.

"Lam Bay" - summer in the soul
Amidst the golden sunshine and the sound of waves in Nha Trang, "Lam Bay" was born as a summer painting overflowing with the blue of the sea, the white of the sand, and the pink of the sunset. Inspired by the "pearl of the East Sea," the collection continues its creative journey on the "Map of the Blue Continent," where every land, river, or ancient capital visited becomes a source of inspiration.
The collection offers a free-spirited yet soft and feminine feel for women amidst the blue sea of summer.
These designs are strongly influenced by Boho-chic style, featuring loose, free-flowing silhouettes combined with soft silk, cotton, and linen fabrics. Brocade, velvet, and silk are skillfully crafted into various dress styles, making them both luxurious and highly wearable. Beyond the exquisite hand-embroidered motifs, every detail, from the fabric knots to the overall design, is meticulously crafted, a distinctive handcrafted touch.
The color palette of "Blue Bay" is a tribute to nature: the turquoise blue of the sea, the soft white of the sand, the gentle pink of the sunset. Some designs are crafted on sheer fabrics, with cuts that are both bold and subtle, creating a "body language" that allows women to reveal their natural beauty against the backdrop of the sea.

Designer Li Lam views each collection as a new rendezvous, a place where women find their true selves and find fulfillment. Her designs are free-spirited, sometimes dreamy, making the wearer feel as if they are walking through dreams. Li Lam believes that fashion is a connection between people through beauty – from gestures and clothing to spontaneous moments in life. “We don’t sell clothes, we create a lifestyle, where every woman finds a vibrant summer within herself,” she says.
