Following a series of high-class music nights and the special art program "Brilliant Ha Nam" that kicked off the Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week 2025, spectacular fireworks displays will continue to light up the Ha Nam sky every weekend.
From May 23rd to the end of August 2025, every Friday and Saturday evening, the sky over Ha Nam will light up with 15-minute fireworks displays, from 9:15 PM to 9:30 PM. These fireworks displays will take place at the Festival Park Square, part of the bustling urban area, where a large-scale water show is also held every evening.

With its convenient location, just over an hour's drive from Hanoi, Ha Nam promises to be an ideal weekend getaway for tourists seeking entertainment and relaxation.
Many exciting activities are expected to accompany the fireworks display.
From June 2025 onwards, the Festival Park Square is expected to transform into a nighttime entertainment hub with a diverse and attractive series of side events. Visitors can experience lively activities, participate in a variety of games for children, or stroll through the bustling market with dozens of unique street food stalls, along with many souvenirs and specialty products of Ha Nam.
The 2025 Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week is a prominent cultural event that will take place throughout May to July 2025, featuring a series of 13 unique and outstanding events, including: a special art program on the evening of May 10th with the theme "Brilliant Ha Nam"; a Famtrip program to survey and introduce tourism products (scheduled for May 29th); a conference to promote investment in tourism development in Ha Nam province in 2025 (May 30th); a thematic exhibition "Ha Nam through the course of history" and "The essence of ancient artifacts of Ha Nam," celebrating the successful Party Congresses at all levels and the 135th anniversary of the founding of Ha Nam province (June 2025); a scientific seminar on promoting the value of cultural heritage in the homeland of writer Nam Cao associated with sustainable tourism development in commemoration of the 110th anniversary of the birth of the martyred writer Nam Cao (July 2025)...

The highlight of the event was a special art program titled "Brilliant Ha Nam," featuring a high-altitude fireworks display and the announcement of the Prime Minister's Decision recognizing 3 national treasures and 2 national historical sites.

According to the organizers, the 2025 Culture and Tourism Week and the "Brilliant Ha Nam" art program aim to introduce, promote, and attract tourists and investors to Ha Nam; to publicize tourism as "Ha Nam - a world-leading cultural destination"; and to raise awareness and responsibility among all levels, sectors, and the people in preserving and promoting national cultural identity and natural resources for tourism development.
