JNTO appoints singer Noo Phuoc Thinh as Tourism Goodwill Ambassador

The Japan National Tourism Organization in Vietnam (JNTO) officially appointed singer Noo Phuoc Thinh as "Japan Tourism Goodwill Ambassador" and image representative for Japan Tourism promotion campaigns.

 

Over the past 3 years, singer Noo Phuoc Thinh has accompanied JNTO to introduce the image of Japan to Vietnamese people through musical works. This year, by officially becoming the goodwill ambassador of Japan Tourism, we hope to further promote Japanese Tourism through the image of the singer who is already closely associated with Japan.

 

 

On June 9, at the Hanoi office, the Chief Representative of the Japan Tourism Promotion Agency in Vietnam, Mr. Takahashi Ayumi, officially appointed and awarded the certificate to singer Noo Phuoc Thinh. Through this event, the singer said that in the future he will try harder to promote the beauty, culture and traditions of Japan to the Vietnamese people and expressed his happiness when taking on the position of Goodwill Ambassador of Japan Tourism.

The campaigns will be organized corresponding to the three seasons of Autumn, Winter, and Spring. In conjunction with travel agencies, we also promote topics related to Japan Tourism. Singer Noo Phuoc Thinh plays the role of the main image of the campaign and participates in promoting Japan Tourism through social networks.

 

Biography of singer Noo Phuoc Thinh

 

Born on December 18, 1988, as a young Vietnamese singer, Noo Phuoc Thinh has been attracting a lot of attention by winning many music awards recently. With his talent, Noo Phuoc Thinh is considered a representative of the generation of young artists in Vietnamese music.

 

Achievements with JNTO over the years

 

JNTO and Noo Phuoc Thinh have created a story with 3 musical works over 3 consecutive years in different regions of Japan. The first was performed in Kansai - Osaka (2014), followed by Chubu - Ishikawa (2015) and finally in Kyushu (2016), with over 72 million viewers.
